Bobby Kianetski

Born and raised in Western Maryland, Bobby has always had a strong entrepreneurial spirit. He first demonstrated his persistence at just nine years old with a highly successful paper route. In middle school, he completed his first capital raise—going door-to-door and collecting thousands of dollars for a local girls’ home. His efforts earned him the “Wheeler Dealer” award, the distinction of raising the most money, and a new bike, which he then rode the full length of the C&O Canal in just three days. Throughout middle and high school, Bobby continued sharpening his business instincts by selling everything from school supplies and candy to cough drops and sunglasses.

These early ventures laid the foundation for one of his first major business endeavors: launching a startup imaging center during the 2007–2009 recession. Undeterred by the economic climate, Bobby pitched his idea to more than 50 banks before finally securing funding. That persistence led to the founding of Family MRI, a company that quickly gained traction and ultimately outperformed four competing businesses. Having experienced the challenges of entrepreneurship firsthand, Bobby deeply understands the value Established Equity brings—giving entrepreneurs and businesses the opportunity to present large-scale projects to a wide network of investors, all in a single day.

Bobby earned his Associate’s degree in Business from the Technical College of the Lowcountry in Hilton Head Island, where he also competed on TCL’s nationally ranked junior college tennis team, training at Van Der Meer Tennis Center.

He later attended Indiana Wesleyan University on a tennis scholarship, earning his Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics.

Noel Hernandez

Noel Hernandez is a seasoned professional born and raised in Queens, New York City. His entry into the business world began with obtaining a New York City real estate license shortly after high school.

He gained extensive experience working for two prominent brokerage companies within the rentals department, where he successfully marketed and promoted in-house listings. His solid relationships with landlords, & face-to-face meetings directly with the clients, led to apartment showings and closings at the leasing offices. He also worked for a management company as a leasing agent handling tenant relations.

Along with being a real estate agent, Noel has also worked on the investment side by working directly with independent and private real estate investors that invested (GP/LP) equity into cash flow flowing acquisitions.

Noel is actively working on deals with project owners and large investors within a wide sector of industries, including infrastructure, energy, oil and gas and transportation and mining.
